The Park
The Blue Heron Mobile Home Park Association INC., A Coop, Was Established In 2003 And Is Governed By Five Elected Board Members. The Park Consist Of 28 Homeowners And 12 Rental Units That Are Mixed With 6 Cottages And 6 Apartments.
The View And Lifestyle Have Attracted Owners From Locations Such As North Carolina, Nova Scotia, New Jersey, New York, Maine, And Ohio. The Mobile Home Park Currently Has 11 Homeowners Who Live Here Year-Round, 14 That Are Traveling Snowbirds And 3 Permanent Florida Residents.

The Fishing
Living On The Indian River There Is A Plethora Of Fish To Be Caught Including Snook, Jacks, Trout, Flounder, Redfish And Pompano. The Year Round Fishing Provides A Unique Experience We Embrace To Always Have A Chance To Catch The 'Bigger' One.

We Are Located Right On The Indian River One Mile From The Jensen Beach Causeway. What We Enjoy The Most About Our Home Is Being Able To View The Skyline, Dolphins, Manatees, Fourth Of July Fireworks And Cape Canaveral Rocket Launches While Sitting Poolside.

The Tiki Bar
The Tiki Bar by the Pool has Become a Gathering Place for Parties and Afternoon Happy Hours. The Tiki Bar was the Idea of Several Homeowners Who had a Great Time Planning and Building It. Constructed from Scraps and Donated Items, It is Able to be Dismantled for Hurricane Season. The Sign Pole Shows Were We Are All From.
