The Park
The Blue Heron Mobile Home Park Association INC. Was Established In 2003 And Is Governed By Five Elected Board Members. The Park Consist Of 28 Homeowners And 12 Rental Units That Are Mixed With 5 Cottages And 7 Apartments.
The View And Lifestyle Have Attracted Owners From Locations Such As North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York And Ohio. The Mobile Home Park Currently Has 9 Homeowners Whom Live Here Year-Round, 15 That Are Traveling Snowbirds And 4 Permanent Florida Residents.
The Yard Sale
Every February We Host Our Annual Yard Sale For Park Residents To Sell Their Personal Or Handcrafted Items. This Is The Premier Event Of The Year As The Turnout Is Great From Area Residents And Visitors.
The Fishing
Living On The Indian River There Is A Plethora Of Fish To Be Caught Including Snook, Jacks, Trout, Flounder, Redfish And Pompano. The Year Round Fishing Provides A Unique Experience We Embrace To Always Have A Chance To Catch The 'Bigger' One.

We Are Located Right On The Indian River One Mile From The Jensen Beach Causeway. What We Enjoy The Most About Our Home Is Being Able To View The Skyline, Dolphins, Manatees, Fourth Of July Fireworks And Cape Canaveral Rocket Launches While Sitting Poolside.

As Over Half Of Us Homeowners Are 'Snowbirds' Our Christmas Party Is The First Time We Get To Be Around One Another Each Year. It Is A Great Time To Catch Up On Everyone's Summer As Well As Begin To Discuss The Plans For The Season.
